SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

At Craft His Love, we pour prayerful intention and care into each item we send your way. Whether you’re purchasing a handmade necklace, a faith-filled tumbler, or a personalized gift, our goal is to get your meaningful treasures to you safely and in a timely manner.

Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: Ready-to-ship items are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Custom Orders: Most custom or made-to-order items ship within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the request. You will receive a shipping estimate at checkout or via email if extra time is required.

Please note that processing time is in addition to shipping time.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Expedited options are available for an additional fee.

  • Standard Shipping (US): Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days depending on carrier availability.

  • International Shipping: Currently available to select countries. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs.

 

Local Pickup or Delivery

We do not currently offer local pickup or delivery at this time, but we’re praying about it for future seasons of growth!

Order Updates & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after receiving your confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs, we’re always here to help. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us at support@crafthislove.com, and we’ll do our best to guide you through next steps, including filing a claim when applicable.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Craft His Love, each item is made and packaged with love, prayer, and intention. While we hope you absolutely love your order, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out—and we’re here to make it right with grace and kindness.

Returns & Store Credit

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return the item for store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Store credit will be issued minus any discounts or promotional offers applied to the original order.

  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return unless there is an error on our part.

To begin a return, simply email crafthislove@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and help guide you through the process.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will do everything we can to make it right—including sending a replacement if needed.

 

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or order error on our end.

Every item we make is handcrafted with care in our cozy home studio tucked in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. It’s a true family affair—my daughters and I pour our hearts into creating meaningful pieces, all with the hope that they share a little peace, a little love, and a whole lot of Jesus.
