Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

Our processing time is 1-4 business days. (Shipping Time Not Included!!).
Shipping cost is added at checkout and goes by weight. We ship using USPS.

After we ship out your order the time for delivery depends on what shipping method you chose at check out.

USA Orders Only:
First Class: 2-4 days to deliver your order
Priority Mail: 1-2 days to deliver your order

You will most likely receive your order in 4-7 days AFTER shipping.

We are not currently shipping Internationally. We hope to soon!

USEFUL INFO!!!
If the delivery time frame passes please contact us ASAP to check on your order! The Post Office are not the most efficient when scanning packages so please do not worry if you see that your package hasn't moved much.

In case of any problem with your order (yes! We are people and sometimes we may do some mistakes!), please contact us directly to fix the problem! HAVING HAPPY CLIENTS IS OUR TOP PRIORITY!

If you decide that you want to change your address please do your best to contact us within 1-2 days after placing your order and we might be able to change it for you. If that time frame passes you can always log in to USPS account only 1 DAY after the package is shipped and change it right there.

The expected ship date is shown on the receipt of your purchase!Returns & Cancellations

We will gladly accept returns and cancellations within 3 days of delivery of your items. We get this information from the tracking number on your package and not the date you actually opened and received the items.
For returns, you must ship items at your cost, back to Craft His Love within 7 days of delivery.

You may also cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase.


The following items cannot be returned or canceled:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

-Custom or personalized items
-Digital goods
-Clearance or sale items
-Ticket Sales


Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. If the item(s) are not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Conditions of ticket sales:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that may prevent you from being able to attend the workshop or Retreat that you have purchased tickets for. For each of our events we work really hard to customize every kit that we create and this money covers the overhead expenses for us to travel and put on the event. So, because of this, we cannot return your ticket money however we are willing to allow you to transfer the ticket to any public or private workshop you've been invited to. You also have the option of receiving your  kit by mail with free shipping or a friend can pick it up from us at the event. That way you still get all the goodies. You may also transfer your ticket to another person just let us know ahead of time of the name a person attending.
